How to play House of Fun

Walk into a mansion where every door hides a new room, every room hides a prize, and the host has no intention of letting you leave. You're here to escape with the loot: land the feature symbols and the Optical Illusion door bonus begins. Pick the right doors and you'll advance deeper into the house, revealing instant prizes at every turn until you find your way out. House of Fun is a medium volatility, fixed paylines slot from Betsoft. It plays on a 5x3 grid where matching symbols pay from left to right along 30 paylines. Landing specific feature symbols triggers bonus rounds like the Optical Illusion Door Bonus or free spins with enhanced effects. Here is how you play.

Pick your stake and spin the 5x3 grid.
Watch for winning combinations of three or more matching symbols on any of the 30 paylines.
Land specific door or feature symbols to trigger the Optical Illusion Door Bonus.
When the Jack-in-the-Box symbols appear in a specific pattern, they trigger a click-me feature with instant prizes.
The Mad Host character can also trigger free spins or pick-and-win mini-games.

Key mechanics

Optical Illusion Door Bonus: a pick-style feature presented as a hallway or series of doors where selecting doors reveals prizes or progression through the house.
Mad Host Feature: the Mad Host character appears in specific combinations to trigger either a free spin round or a pick-and-win mini-game.
Jack-in-the-Box Click-Me: when Jack-in-the-Box symbols land in particular patterns, the player clicks on boxes to reveal instant prizes, often with repeating picks.
Cinematic Intro / Storyline Engine: a CGI-style cinematic introduction where Paul, Jane, and Chip arrive at a haunted mansion, with the story persisting through symbols, transitions, and bonus scenes.

Bonus rounds

Door Bonus / Escape Feature (triggered by specific door or feature symbols): This round moves the player to a separate screen where they choose among doors or rooms to reveal prizes or advance. No normal spins occur. Each pick can award credits, multipliers, or progression deeper into the house. The feature may allow multiple consecutive picks.
Free Spins Feature with Expanded Reels/Wilds (triggered by on-reel feature symbols): This round grants free spins with expanded reels or expanded wild-like behavior. During these spins, line hits are more frequent due to fewer symbols and expanded special icons.
