How to play The Count

Walk the cobwebbed halls of a vampire's castle where every shadow hides a bat and every stone bleeds gold. Your task is to stack the multipliers those bats carry with the expanding Bloody Wilds that bleed down the reels. When a Blood symbol lands in a winning combination it stretches into a full-reel wild stamped with a multiplier up to x500. Any Wild Bat on screen adds its own x2-x500 value on top. The Count is a medium-high volatility, fixed-payline slot from Hacksaw Gaming. It operates on a 5x5 grid where matching symbols pay across 19 fixed lines from left to right. Special Blood symbols expand into Bloody Wilds with multipliers up to x500, and Wild Bats land with their own multipliers, also up to x500. These multipliers stack when combined in a win. Here is how you play.

Pick your stake and spin the 5x5 grid.
Watch for winning combinations of three or more matching symbols on any of the 19 paylines.
Land Blood symbols in a winning combination to trigger an Expanded Bloody Wild, which covers its reel and reveals a multiplier from x2 to x500.
Look for Wild Bat symbols, which also carry multipliers from x2 to x500 and stack with Bloody Wilds.
Land 3, 4, or 5 scatter symbols to trigger one of three bonus rounds: Bat to the Bone, Rest in Pieces, or Count on Blood, each with escalating mechanics.
Use FeatureSpins to directly access enhanced spins or bonus rounds, with costs ranging from 3x to 300x your stake.

Key mechanics

Expanded Bloody Wilds: When a Blood symbol is part of a winning combination, it expands downward to cover its reel segment, revealing a multiplier from x2 to x500 that applies to all wins it helps form.
Wild Bats: These symbols land with multipliers between x2 and x500, which apply to any wins they are part of.
Epic Wild Bat: This special bat variant spreads its multiplier to all other Wild Bats and Bloody Wilds on the grid when it appears.
Symbol Counter: In certain bonus modes, this mechanic removes low-pay symbols and replaces them with Wild Bats over time.
Bonus Games escalation: The slot features three escalating bonus games: Bat to the Bone, Rest in Pieces, and Count on Blood, each triggered by a different number of scatters and adding layers to the bat and blood mechanics.

Bonus rounds

Bat to the Bone (3 scatters): It awards 10 free spins. Inside this round, there is an increased chance of Wild Bats and Bloody Wilds, with a minimum multiplier floor. Two or 3 scatters during the feature add +2 or +4 spins.
Rest in Pieces (4 scatters): It awards 10 free spins. This round introduces the Symbol Counter, which removes low-pay symbols and replaces them with Wild Bats. Extra scatters add more spins.
Count on Blood (5 scatters): This round features guaranteed Wild Bats every spin and an increased Epic Wild Bat frequency. Bloody Wilds remain active, and the Symbol Counter effect continues or intensifies.
Bonus Hunt FeatureSpins (Bonus Buy for 3x stake): These spins increase the likelihood of triggering one of the main bonus rounds.
Fangtasia FeatureSpins (Bonus Buy for 50x stake): These spins guarantee a minimum of 3 Wild Bats on the grid.
Bat to the Bone Buy (Bonus Buy for 100x stake): This provides immediate access to the Bat to the Bone bonus.
Rest in Pieces Buy (Bonus Buy for 300x stake): This provides direct entry into the Rest in Pieces bonus.
