How to play The Luxe

Roll the dice in a private salon where every position on the grid can frame a fortune. You're here to collect jackpots through Golden Frames: land a crystal inside a frame and it absorbs the frame's multiplier. That crystal can also reveal one of four jackpot tiers, MINI at 25×, MID at 100×, MAX at 250×, or MEGA at 1,000×. The Luxe is a high volatility, fixed paylines slot from Hacksaw Gaming. It plays on a 5x4 grid where Golden Frames can appear on any position. These frames collect multipliers from Clover Crystal symbols or reveal jackpots. Landing 3 to 5 scatters triggers a bonus round with enhanced Golden Frame behavior. Stacking high-value jackpots and multipliers within Golden Frames can award 20,000x your stake. Here is how you play.

Pick a stake and spin the 5x4 grid.
Watch for Golden Frames that appear on the reels.
Land a Clover Crystal symbol inside a Golden Frame to collect its multiplier or reveal a MINI, MID, MAX, or MEGA jackpot.
Collect 3 or more scatter symbols to trigger a bonus round where Golden Frames persist and jackpot crystals appear more frequently.
You can also use a FeatureSpin buy option to enter a bonus round directly.

Key mechanics

Golden Frames: Highlighted positions on the grid that collect or multiply values from special symbols like crystals or jackpots, persisting across spins in bonus modes.
Clover Crystal / Crystal Collector: Crystal symbols that appear within Golden Frames, absorbing the frame's multiplier or revealing a jackpot tier.

FeatureSpin / 2,000× FeatureSpin buy: A direct entry option into a high-volatility mode with enhanced Golden Frame behavior and increased jackpot potential.

Bonus rounds

Standard Free Spins (3-5 scatters): Spins occur with enhanced Golden Frame behavior. Frames may persist across spins, cluster more tightly, or upgrade their multipliers when specific symbols land. Jackpots are noticeably easier to collect.
Velvet Nights Feature Mode: The reel set focuses on Golden Frames and high-value symbols. Golden Frames may remain locked, and certain symbols can add multipliers to frames or create new frames.
High-Roller FeatureSpins: Almost every spin involves multiple Golden Frames and advanced interactions between frames, crystals, and jackpots. There are far more frames, stronger multipliers, and a higher chance for stacked jackpots within frames.

How do Golden Frames work in The Luxe?

Is it better to play The Luxe normally or use the FeatureSpin buys?

FeatureSpin buys put the game into states where Golden Frames are more common and jackpots appear more frequently. Some players suggest mid-level feature modes offer a more balanced risk than the highest-tier buys.

Can The Luxe pay big in the base game, or do you need the bonuses?

Players often ask if significant wins can occur without features. The base game is feeling light, with low symbols and small line hits not feeling meaningful unless Golden Frames are active. While the 20,000x max win is an overall game cap, large wins are concentrated in the higher-volatility feature modes.
