How to play The Wildwood Curse

Walk into a cursed woodland where the trees themselves hold you in place. Every wild that lands sticks to the grid and triggers a Nightmare Respin. Land four wilds in a 2x2 square and they merge into a Cursed Cluster that multiplies any line win it touches. The Wildwood Curse is a medium volatility, fixed payline slot from Hacksaw Gaming. Its 6x5 grid features sticky Wilds that trigger Nightmare Respins, and four Wilds in a 2x2 square merge into a Cursed Cluster that applies multipliers to line wins. Landing 5 scatters triggers the No Escape feature, which guarantees a Cursed Cluster on every spin for 10 free spins. A top win of 10,000x your stake is available. Here is how you play.

Pick a stake and spin the 6x5 grid.
Watch for Wild symbols to land. Each Wild sticks to the grid and triggers a Nightmare Respin.
If 4 Wilds form a 2x2 square, they merge into a Cursed Cluster. This applies a multiplier to any line win it touches.
Land 3 scatter symbols to trigger The Swamp, which awards 8 free spins with an increased chance of Wilds.
Land 5 scatter symbols to trigger No Escape, which awards 10 free spins and guarantees at least one Cursed Cluster on every spin.

Key mechanics

Nightmare Respin: When a Wild symbol lands, it becomes sticky and triggers a respin.
Cursed Cluster: Landing 4 wilds in a 2x2 square creates a Cursed Cluster, which transforms that wild block into a special entity that applies multipliers to wins.
Psycho Cluster: This Cursed Cluster outcome displays a changing multiplier value on each respin, and if several Psycho Clusters are involved in the same win, their multipliers are added together.
Twins Cluster: This Cursed Cluster outcome starts at 2x and doubles its multiplier with each subsequent respin.

Bonus rounds

The Swamp (3 scatter symbols): It awards 8 free spins. Wilds land more frequently than in the base game, making Cursed Clusters and respin chains more common.
No Escape (5 scatters): It awards 10 free spins. It guarantees at least one Cursed Cluster on every free spin.
