How to play Toshi Video Club

Browse the aisles of a neon-lit Japanese video rental store where every shelf holds a prize and the mascot gorilla watches over your hunt. Daruma symbols land on the grid and raise a global multiplier that never resets between cascades, so each new win pays at a higher rate than the last. Toshi Video Club is a high volatility, fixed payline slot from Hacksaw Gaming. It plays on a 5x5 cascading grid where Daruma multiplier symbols raise a global multiplier that never resets within a spin. Landing 3 or more scatter symbols triggers the main free spins bonus, where the global multiplier persists throughout the round. Achieve a full run with a high global multiplier and the game awards up to 10,000x your stake. Here is how you play.

Pick your stake and spin the 5x5 grid.
Watch for winning combinations of 3 or more matching symbols on any of the 15 fixed paylines.
Winning symbols disappear and new ones cascade down, allowing for multiple wins from a single spin.
Look for Daruma symbols to land and raise the global multiplier, which applies to all subsequent wins in that cascading sequence.
Land 3 or more scatter symbols to trigger the free spins bonus, where the global multiplier does not reset between spins.
Alternatively, use the bonus buy option to enter the free spins round directly for 120x your stake.

Key mechanics

Daruma Multipliers: Four distinct Daruma symbols can land, with additive Darumas increasing the global multiplier by a flat amount (e.g., +1 to +100) and multiplicative Darumas boosting it by x2, x3, or x5.
Global Multiplier: The global win multiplier does not reset between cascades within a spin and can persist throughout the free spins round, increasing each time a Daruma multiplier activates.
Cascading Wins: After a line win, winning symbols disappear and new ones fall into place, allowing multiple wins from a single paid spin.
Bonus Buy: Players can buy direct entry into the free spins bonus for 120x their stake.

Bonus rounds

Main Free Spins Bonus (trigger: 3 or more scatter symbols): The global win multiplier does not reset between free spins, allowing Daruma multipliers to stack. Daruma symbols appear more frequently, amplifying the global multiplier via additive (+N) and multiplicative (xN) boosts. Cascading wins remain active.
Main Free Spins Bonus (Bonus Buy for 120x stake): This purchase immediately triggers the main Daruma multiplier free spins feature.
